1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CWASH website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Canada to register for a CWASH membership. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services Provided

CWASH offers unlimited car washes through a subscription model. Members can check in at participating wash locations once per calendar day. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Billing & Payments

Membership fees are charged monthly through a secure third-party processor (Stripe). Billing recurs automatically unless canceled. Failed payments may result in paused or terminated access.

You may view or update your billing information in the app at any time.

5. Membership Usage

• Each membership is valid for one vehicle and one user only.
• Members may check in once per day via the CWASH app while physically present at a participating location.
• Misuse (e.g., sharing accounts, falsifying location) may result in termination without refund.

Your use of CWASH is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
