General
CWASH is a membership-based car wash platform that gives drivers unlimited access to car washes at participating locations, with a simple check-in process through our app.
Once you sign up and choose a membership plan, you can visit any partner location, check in via the app, and enjoy a wash. Members can wash once per day, every day of the month.
No bookings are needed. Simply drive to a CWASH location, open the app, check in, and proceed to the wash once your membership is validated.
Membership & Accounts
CWASH offers three tiers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. Each plan offers unlimited washes per month with varying access and benefits. You can compare plans on the Membership page.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership anytime from the app. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the app. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
Currently, memberships are tied to a single user and car. However, we are exploring multi-car plans for the future.
Billing & Payments
CWASH uses a monthly subscription model. Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month unless canceled or paused.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Yes. You can view and download your payment history and invoices from the Subscription Management section in your account.
If a payment fails, you’ll receive a notification. We’ll attempt to process the payment again within a few days. If unsuccessful, your membership may be paused.
Check-Ins & Car Wash Use
Simply open the CWASH app, navigate to the Dashboard, and tap the Check-In button. If you’re near a partnered location, you’ll be validated.
No. To ensure fair use, members are allowed one check-in per calendar day.
The location staff will not be able to validate your membership without a successful check-in. Please ensure your GPS is active and the app is open when you arrive.
Not always. In most cases, checking in through the app is sufficient. However, some locations may use QR codes as part of their check-in process.

CWASH is rapidly expanding. You can view all active wash partners in the Car Wash Locator inside the app.
Yes, as long as the city has participating CWASH locations. We’re growing across multiple regions to make sure you’re covered.
We carefully vet every partner to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and customer experience.
App & Technical
Yes. The app is required for check-ins, managing your account, and accessing features like billing and referral tracking.
Make sure you’re on the latest version. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or contacting support via the Help Center.
You can sign in on multiple devices, but simultaneous check-ins are restricted to prevent misuse.
Privacy & Security
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. CWASH does not store your card details.
We collect only essential information such as name, email, and payment details for account and billing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Please contact support to request full account deletion. Once processed, all associated data will be permanently removed.
Referral Program
Yes! Invite friends to CWASH and earn credit toward your next month’s membership. The more you refer, the more you save.
In the app, go to the Referral tab. You’ll find your custom link and current referral progress.
Once your referred friend joins and completes their first month, credit is automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
